14 cars, the "Eden project" dome and two trophies made this year's final event to celebrate 60 years of TVR a resounding success for the TVRCC.

Papplewick Pumping Station, Ravenshead 16 September 2007
This year's Pre-80s Extravaganza took place at Papplewick Pumping Station near Nottingham. Guest of honour was Mike Bigland, designer of the M series.

| Big Northern Gathering |

York/Elvington 1/2 September 2007
Around 120 TVRs gathered at York racecourse to start this year's Big Northern Gathering before departing on a rumble to Elvington Airfield, home to tje Yorkshire Air Museum for a festival of TVRs and aircraft
After an evening get togerther in York itself, members then headed out into the countryside for a series of runs out around North Yorkshire. We even made it into the press.

Epernay, 31 August - 3 September 2007
The annual invasion of Epernay and the Champagne region by TVRCC members took on a much wider remit this year as Surrey region were joined by members from all over the UK. But of course Mon-keh was leading the way...

Ettington Chase 18/19 August 2007
Over 150 Griffiths and a variety of other models descended on the now familiar venue of the Ettington Chase Hotel near Stratford to celebrate Griff Growl 2007. It's just a shame that the weather didn't smile quite so kindly on the Griffs as they had on most of our other events earlier in the year.

The annual gathering of Chimaeras met once again at Sandon Hall in Staffordshire for what is ofetn called the "Chimp's Tea Party". This year even Pooh joined in the fun!

What can we say? It was the biggest and most successful event that the TVRCC has ever organised. With the best part of 2000 members/ enthusiasts attending over the weekend coupled with around 1000 TVRs spread over the two days, 551 of which joined us on the track for the Guinness World Record attempt

| Big Bad Wedge Fest |

Ettington Chase 28/29 July 2007
Saturday, July 28th saw upwards of 90 wedges and a smattering of other models including one Chimaera pretending to be a wedge, participate in the 2007 Big Bad Wedge Festival at its regular haunt of Ettington Chase Hotel in rural Warwickshire.
Despite the preceding month of rain and intense flooding the weekend was warm bright and sunny and sunscreen and shorts were definitely the order of the day!

We thought that combining TVRs 60th with Brooklands 100th anniversarys seemed to be a first class idea for a party. So did nearly 150 other members who decended on the Surrey home of Britain's oldest motor racing circuit.

Okay we know that strictly speaking, the ACO would take issue over the argument that this is a TVRCC event, but even without a TVR team to cheer for in the main 24 Hour race, nearly 1000 Club members made the annual pilgrimage to the La Sarthe circuit for what is arguably the world's greatest motor race.
