EVENTS 2006
BNG (Big Northern Gathering) 2006

North Yorkshire 2-4 September 2006

A wild and wet series of drives through the picturesque North Yorkshire Dales (well it would have been picturesque if you could have seen it!). Followed by a Sunday 'rumble' through Harrogate town centre to Newby Hall. Finished with a track day at Croft.

Classic (Pre-M Seres) Meeting 2006

Pre-M Seres)Meeting 2006 20 August 2006

59 pre-M series TVRs from Mk 1 Grantura to some of the very last M-Series graced the roads and parks around the Crich Tramway Musuem near Derby on Sunday 20 August 2006. Guests of honour were owner of TVR from 1965 until 1980 Martin Lilley, together with M Series chief designer Mike Bigland

Chimfest 2006

Chimfest 2006 20 August 2006

The inaugural meeting dedicated to the best selling TVR of all time took place in the grounds of Sandon Hall in Staffordhsire on Sunday 20 August 2006.  126 Chimaeras braved the weather for an excellent day out.

Guards Polo 2006

Guards Polo 13 Aug 2006

Although much of southern England seemed to be under several inches of water, it did not deter 52 brave TVR souls from heading for Windsor Great Park and the Club's annual visit to Guards Polo.

GP Masters 2006

GP Masters 2006 - Silverstone - 12-13 Aug 2006

Around 160 TVRs lined up alongside the Team Wright TVR Race Transporter at Silverstone with Nigel Mansell's 1992 F1 Championship winning Williams sheltering form the elements under the awning. All 15 of the GP masters toured the circuit in Tuscan 2 Convertibles accompanied by a range of other TVRs which, when combined with a demonstration of some of the TVRCC Challenge Cup/Dunlop Tuscan Challenge cars in front of a crowd of 40000+ ensured that this was an excellent coup for the TVRCC.

Griff Growl 2006

Griff Growl 2006 - 5-6 Aug 2006

127 Griffs plus 46 other Tivs making a grand total of 173 of Blackpool's finest graced the Ettington Chase Hotel for this, the third Griff Growl.

BBWF (Big Bad Wedge Fest) 2006

BBWF 2006 - 15-16 July 2006

Despite clashing with the Club's main event of the year in Blackpool, this did not deter nearly 100 wedge owners who made the annual pilgrimage to the Ettington Chase Hotel near Stratford where they were bathed in glorious sunshine.

Back Home 2006

Back Home 2006 - 15-16 July 2006

A huge turnout 'back home' at Blackpool. Over 400 TVRs displayed on the promenade on Saturday. Demonstration runs from a fantastic selection of TVR racers including the awesome Speed 12. An evening do at the Hilton. Factory tours on Sunday morning followed by a rumble through Blackpool.

S Club Heaven 2006

S Club Heaven 2006 - 27 May 2006

The first of this year's single model meets took place at the Ettington Chase Hotel near Stratford and despite the atrocious weather, it still saw a good turnout of S Series cars together with a fair few "interlopers"
