How to clear your browser cache and cookies using Internet Explorer

1. From the Tools menu, click on Internet Options...
2. With the General tab selected, in the Browsing history section, click the Delete... button
3. Make sure the boxes next to Temporary Internet files and Cookies are ONLY ticked
4. Click the Delete button, your cached files and cookies will be deleted
5. Click OK to close the Internet Options box

How to clear your browser cache and cookies using Firefox

1. From the Tools menu, click on Clear Recent History...
2. Choose Everything from the Time range to clear: drop down menu
3. Make sure the boxes next to Cache and Cookies are ONLY ticked
4. Click the Clear Now button
